If this is your first Cashout, you must be wondering when and how you will get your money. This is how the Cashout process works: Once you submit your Cashout request, it's status is changed to 'awaiting process'. The request is processed within 3 working days. During this time you may choose to cancel the Cashout request and return the funds to your bankroll.

This is particularly handy in case you want to make another deposit to your Casino1x2 bankroll while your Cashout is being processed,since you don't have to use your credit card (or other deposit method) again. It is Casino1x2 policy to first credit funds back to your credit card and then send any outstanding balance via one of our other payment methods. You can receive the balance of your cashout either by Bank Draft - via Registered Mail, Bank Draft - Fedex, Wire Transfer, Neteller, Paypal or Western Union.

PLEASE NOTE that Casino1x2 members are entitled to one (1) free Cashout a month (no Cashout fees). Cashouts of $2000.00 and more are sent via Fedex or Wire Transfer monthly. Cashouts of less than $2000.00 are sent as a bank draft via registered mail.

If you choose to receive your funds in a timely manner, more then once a month, and your request is under $2000.00, you may use Fedex with a $45.00 charge or Wire transfer with $50.00 Fee.

*** WIRE TRANSFERS are electronic fund transfers directly to your bank account. It may take up to 5 days. Before we can proceed with a wire transfer, you will be kindly requested to forward the following information to our security department at Security@casino1x2.com:

Bank Street Address (no P.O. Boxes)
Account Number
Account Holder Name (as in bank records)
Routing Number, ABA or Swift Code (contact your bank for this information)

*** BANK DRAFTS are bank-issued checks which can be cashed or deposited only by the person to whom the checks are made payable.
Please allow 3-4 weeks for the delivery of your check to the address submitted by you when opening your account. If your address has hanged, please notify us immediately.
